Baltic States 2-7 working days.
European countries 7-14 working days.
Other countries (worldwide) 14-22 working days.
(Delivery times may vary in peak seasons, such as Christmas).

We ship items with a registered tracking number.
In some countries, you may encounter a customs or duty fee when receiving your order, this fee will be dependent on your country and is the your responsibility.

 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the quality or size of the item purchased and would like to exchange or return it, please contact mucina.clothing@gmail.com no later than 7 days after receiving your order to arrange a replacement or a full refund. Please note we have the right to refuse a returned item if the security tags have been removed or item shows visible signs of having been worn prior to being returned.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

 

Our garments are produced in a small team to ensure high quality and ethical labour, therefore we encourage you to shop mindfully. Please purchase items without the thought of returning them.
